About Picton Library

Picton's library and council service centre is a recent timber building at 2 Dublin Street, a few minutes from the foreshore. It is not an attraction in the sightseeing sense — it is a library — but on a wet afternoon with a ferry to wait for, a free, dry public building with seating and a children's area is worth knowing about.
